Dining and Drinking in Paris

Parisians take their food VERY SERIOUSLY and enjoy long, lingering lunches with their family and friends. Do not expect to be in and out at any Paris eatery like you wold be in America. When dining in Paris, expect to be at the restaurant for an hour and a half at a minimum and upwards of three hours. The same goes for dinner time as the Europeans like to savor and digest their food.
