An Introduction to Iceland

Iceland, the simple pronunciation of the word sends a visual image of a strange land very far away, always in darkness, covered in ice, almost unbearable temperatures and a community that we do not often come across in our global travels. All of the above are misleading and not many have traveled to this land to prove it. Well, I decided to bring out the adventurous side in my very spoilt and urban Indian upbringing and hike through this land to find what it really has to offer.
