Dr. Kareem Samhouri who is a Health and Fitness Specialist, Certified Conditioning and Strength Specialist, Kinesiologist and Doctor of Physical Therapy, is the actual brainchild behind the Double Edged Fat Loss fitness program. This fitness program pulls elements from all the areas of Dr. Kareem’s expertise; therefore, you will be left with a uniquely designed fitness program that is made up of a variety of effective workouts.
The primary aim of the Double Edged Fat Loss fitness program is to help women and men burn unwanted fat. This is accomplished through a series of intense strength workouts, which include complex movements, multi-jointed exercises and full body exercises. It is Dr. Kareem’s belief that in order for the human body to attain its actual fat burning potential, one needs to engage in the three dimensional exercises. This simply means that when you are working out, you need to move side to side, backward and forward, while adding rotational movements.
The Double Edged Fat Loss program has a grand library of more than 583 exercises, and it has come to my understanding that this number will soon increase. It was easy for me to learn how to maintain the proper form so that I would reduce the risk of getting injured, as there are detailed videos that show you how to achieve optimal results.
Actually, because Dr. Kareem is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, there is a section of the video library that is dedicated to showing persons how to prevent injuries. There are quite a number of persons who get sports related injuries from time to time, and it is without a doubt that this section of the Double Edged Fat Loss library will be beneficial to those individuals, as they will learn how to reduce the risk of being injured.
I must tell you that you should not expect the workouts of the Double Edged Fat Loss fitness program to be easy, as you will need to exert a lot of effort into this fitness program. Per contra, you have the opportunity to progress through the various workouts at whatever pace you choose; however, there is a recommended schedule that is included with the program. I should also tell you that the Double Edged Fat Loss program has been successfully used by persons up to 60 years of age; therefore, you can also benefit from it.
There was one feature of the Double Edged Fat Loss program that I found to be unique, and that is that Dr. Kareem Samhouri researched and integrated workouts into the program that are better able to help the nervous system burn body fat at a faster rate. I should also advice you that if you are looking to increase your muscle mass as much as you can, then the Double Edged Fat Loss fitness program is certainly not for you.
